"I’m Zia.
I am a qualified coach from Henley Business School and a member of the International Coaching Federation. I enjoyed a career in senior global Talent, Learning and Development roles in the education, then energy sectors for over twenty years.
I realised I was travelling a huge amount and sought a greater balance of work and home. From 2015 I explored with coaching, education, and networking.
In 2020 I created Zia Savel Ltd. It is a pleasure to work with clients who are committed to taking action and delivering results. I have continued learning with further coaching qualifications, 1:1 and group supervision.
Personally, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, travelling, walking, skiing, cooking, and audiobooks.

Zia Savel Ltd – Website Launch – Systemic Team Coaching
We continue the launch of the revised Zia Savel Ltd website. You may have already seen the post about Executive Coaching, while today we focus on Systemic Team Coaching Service.
What is it?
Systemic Team Coaching works with the whole Team, recognising the ‘system’ the team works within. The system includes internal and external relationships, expectations, and tasks.
