With over two decades of rich and diverse experience as corporate leader in FTSE listed organisations, through to an independent coach and facilitator in private, public and third sector organisations.

This breadth of experience empowers Zia to quickly access information, engage stakeholders and explore solutions that delivers efficient, effective, and commercially sound results. Client profiles range from startup organisations securing funding for scaling up, Private Equity clients leading through deals to Multinational Organisations, which heritage and often the need for transformation.

Sector experience includes: Digital and Technology, Financial Services and Banking, Professional Services, Distribution and Logistics, Energy including Nuclear and Energy Transition, Health, Retail, Manufacturing, Transport and Tourism.

"I’m Zia.

I am a qualified coach from Henley Business School and a member of the International Coaching Federation. I enjoyed a career in senior global Talent, Learning and Development roles in the education, then energy sectors for over twenty years.

I realised I was travelling a huge amount and sought a greater balance of work and home. From 2015 I explored with coaching, education, and networking.

In 2020 I created Zia Savel Ltd. It is a pleasure to work with clients who are committed to taking action and delivering results. I have continued learning with further coaching qualifications, 1:1 and group supervision.

Personally, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, travelling, walking, skiing, cooking, and audiobooks.
