The aim of Aberdeen HR Network is to create a safe, engaging and encouraging space for Senior HR Leaders to connect with peers.
In May the Aberdeen HR Network celebrates its first anniversary. Over the first year, AHRN has created a following of Senior HR Leaders who have attended multiple sessions. The feedback is consistently positive and attendees speak with passion and humility about their work.
The Aberdeen HR Network offers a sales free environment where attendees can talk openly, share best practice and seek views of others. Sharing challenges and seeking solutions collectively has been empowering and reassuring for leaders often working in stand alone positions to confirm thinking.
AHRN meets quarterly and is free to attend, due to the kind hosts who have provided venues and lunches in the first year. Thank you so much to all of the AHRN Hosts.
